A proposed subdivision on Pigeon Gap Road in Cambridge Township was 1 of two topics on the agenda for the Guernsey County Preparing Fee when it satisfied Friday at the county administration constructing.
The fee was asked to conduct a preliminary plan evaluate for Enjoyable Valley Subdivision by Penrock LLC, which lately acquired the home.
According to files presented by the Guernsey County Map Department, 13 homes are planned for the 24-acre subdivision northwest of the metropolis.
“The proposal (for Nice Valley Subdivision) was submitted a number of several years ago and the new homeowners have requested to continue the method,” explained Shannon Leek of the map division.
Alan McPeek II and Dale Huntsman of Penrock LLC ended up in attendance for the approach overview.
