On financial loan from her sons Prince William and Prince Harry, the spectacular gown with a 25ft-prolonged sequin-encrusted teach is the spotlight of an exhibition celebrating royal couturiers. Negotiations to screen the gown built by David and Elizabeth Emanuel are reported to have started out in 2017.
