Vice President Kamala Harris is experiencing criticism for appearing to split with precedent and failing to salute the honor guard when boarding Air Drive Two.

Online video reviewed by Fox Information showed that her predecessors, previous Vice President Mike Pence and President Biden, routinely saluted the honor guard in the similar predicament.

Conservatives, like Turning Issue USA’s Charlie Kirk and former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik, slammed Harris just after a online video of her walking previous the honor guard picked up steam on social media. 

“DISGRACEFUL: @VP Kamala Harris refuses to salute the honor guard at the actions of the plane. It is a crystal clear demonstration of her dislike for these in uniform, both law-enforcement and military services,” Kerik wrote on Twitter.

Online video reviewed by Fox News showed that Harris did not salute the honor guard on Monday nor for the duration of previously visits on March 15 and 16. She did not show up to salute when disembarking Air Drive One particular with Biden on March 19 both.

Recent vice presidents have managed the exercise of saluting the honor guard whilst coming into and exiting Air Pressure Two.
